Reading the number
Sustained sub counts typically run 5–15% of your average concurrent viewership over time. If the solver says 600 subs and you average 40 viewers, the honest path is growing concurrents first — or stacking sponsorships and tips alongside subs.
Make the goal visible
Public, specific sub goals ("120/150 to upgrade the mic") consistently outperform vague ones. People fund milestones, not salaries.
