Finding your growth rate
Take followers today versus 3 months ago and divide the gain by 3 (or use your analytics' monthly figure). Anything sustained above 10%/month is exceptional; 3–8% is solid organic growth for a consistent poster.
Growth isn't linear
Real growth arrives in viral spikes and dead plateaus — this projection is a trajectory check, not a prophecy. Re-run monthly: if the projected 10K date keeps moving away, the content strategy needs surgery, not patience.
